Almond and fish are worthy for mind. How?

Fish have Omega 3 & Omega 6 oil. Almonds also have clean fats. The brain uses these fat to create the myelin sheath on the nerves.
Omega 3 Fatty Acids.

A large portion of the mass of a full-bodied brain is made from Omega 3 Fatty Acids.

Omega 3 Fatty Acids are also anti-inflammatory which may have beneficial links to neurological diseases which are man shown to have an inflammatory component to them.

Almonds, walnuts and definite types of fish are good sources of Omega 3 Fatty Acids.
Because they own Omega fatty acids.

The previous answerer mentioned Omega 3. There are two other Omega fatty acids other than Omega 3.
My thinking would be that they contain omega-3 fatty acerbic; a boost to the immune system and cardiovascular systems.
