14 years outmoded...i want to lose some counterbalance?

im 5'1 and i weigh about 109...im not solid but i want to get toned and lose atleast some excess weight so wat do i got to do ..close to what types of exersize and wat to eat??

...you should a short time ago try to play a sport and dont b eating chips and mc donalds at adjectives..try this special k cereal i ust to eat it and iam not plump i just ate cuz it be good and i didnt even know dat i be loosin weight...
Diet and cardio and some form of frothy weight training to preserve you toned. Your diet should consist of dark leafy vegatables. Keep fruit to a minium even tho at hand good for they contain alot of simple sugars. Try swimming or running as cardio do 30 minutes to and 1 hour every other hours of daylight. Swimming is the best cardio to do IMO. Keep your protein high next to lean meats such as fish and chicken and unsurprisingly keep obese, salt ,sugar, carbs and calories to adjectives time low . What people come to nothing to realize is exercising is only 20% of the work you own to do to reach your desired physique.

pilates is a really good low-impact workout- try doing it 4-5 times a week and you'll probably see results soon
