2-3 days of moderate exercising?

Including some strength training, better than nothing right? I dont hold much time.only 2 days one week and 3 one week

definatly, any exercise is better than none. 3 days a week is honest.
u could do some running, and for strength you can either use weights or push ups.
or you can build arm and shoulder muscle the passageway i have, fetch a ten tonne bag adjectives day.
