you are right almost the cleansing=water flushes out the waste fat and it keeps you hydrated =even though you shift to washroom more often you still lapse up healthier
i cut out sugar as all right and i pee alot too. so i no how you feel. its ok but you should net sure and replace your minerals that you loose peeing so much. so drink grapefruit juice and drink bananas. if you eat stuff similar to celery and lettuce that contain alot of water instead of drink you will pee smaller number
because water cleases you... i penny-pinching... its nothing but hose! so unlike sodas and juices beside sugars that stay in your body(causing you to gain weight) they wouldnt trade name you have to pee as much and such
if truth be told, yes there is a cleansing going on. your kidneys are full of that other stuff and craft it clog and slow down. now, that you are rinsing beside water everything flows better. Just similar to drano/ or liquid plumber.
I don't expect to be rude... but PLEEEASE! Water cleans your system; that and being hydrated are the historic things about drinking marine. Once your system is fresher... you will pee less. other liquids Like pop hold a ingredient called sodium. It in reality dehydrates you making you have to pee smaller amount. You got used to this. Plain river Hydrates your body making you much healthier cleaning your body out and giving your kidneys a break. If you perceive your pee is clear now too. This is a drastically good entry it means you are properly hydrated. Your downside to living forceful, is yes you pee more often.
