Answer:
You should hold thought of this way up to that time 16 days.

Maybe 6 weeks?

Well, first of all, don't starve yourself. Because that would a moment ago end up anyone a crash diet. Just proportionize your meals.

Second, excercise excercise excercise.
cut out any trans podginess, salt, and soda..use a hoola hoop and do crunches or clutch an arobics/hip hop class at the gym
You can't expect to lose any considerable amount of weight contained by 16 days.

Tops... 5 pounds, and even that's not necessarily healthy, but if you chomp through around 1000-1200 calories a day and exercise in the order of ten hours a week, it may work.

A friend of mine lost 25 pounds in a month and a partially doing just that. But that's her and her body. You may act in response differently. You may lose weight at a faster rate or at a slower rate.

Good luck and congrats.
Go to the womens paragraph at a clothing store and in the panty and bra slot there are things to wear that cinch your waist, slim your tummy, etc. This is your best bet because you wont lose adequate inches in 16 days!
I would read aloud to do as much as you can in the time that you enjoy... but not to push it too hard. If you starve yourself or exercise too actively, you're just going to look exhausted and frumpy. So in recent times cut out the excess... I agree with adjectives down to a 1200 calorie diet for now. But you can't live past its sell-by date of that diet for forever.

And if you exercise an 1 to 1.5 hours a day, 5 days a week, that's fine. I wouldn't push yourself too far over that unless you enjoy been working out for reasonably some time.

Believe me, I've been through this past. You'll begin by only wanting to look nice for one event, but it will spiral into an eating disorder if you're not particular. That's why you just hold to take it slow and be aware of every step you're taking. If you agree to yourself think that reducing your calorie intake to an extreme point is okay, you'll end up drinking nothing at adjectives for days on end. And energetic exercise can lead to like peas in a pod self-loathing mindset. It's not good... Just watch out.
