There are a lot of exercises for it. Go cycling, swimming, walking, skipping. Control your diet. Eat forceful food. Avoid junk foods. Go to a suitable gym. Remember only you can control your consumption habits and your diet. No thing how much you exercise or reduce your mass, there is a predilection of regaining all the lost counterweight back. You enjoy to maintain yourself contained by future too.

Anyone that WANTS to lose weight can and will lose weightiness with simple will power and a switch in your intake habits. When your young at heart you don't think going on for life long consequences of what a poor diet and drought of exercise will do in the long run...your body is a domestic device and the only one you own..you must take watchfulness of it now and forever if you want to live a long and sound life...what you do very soon is truly important 1 year, 5 years, 20 years, and even 50 years down the road.
Join something resembling a sport. I would say swim everyday but you don't want to bring into a suit. LOL But seriously eat right and exercise on a daily basis. Don't starve yourself.
