There is no magic pill. Any diet pill that you thieve is made to curb your appetite. It's when you eat smaller quantity and exercise more that your body looses the fat. If you don't want to diet (or devolution your habit of drinking from bad to good) and you don't want to exercise and you in recent times want to take pills, what your setting yourself up for is some adjectives health problem. There is no course to loose it magically. Your kidding yourself. Lazyness equals margarine. Being of a strong and healthy mind pushes you to manufacture the right choices for yourself and therefore your body will follow. It's adjectives a mental battle. Your body will do anything your mind tells it to do. Seems resembling you need to return with your mind right and again your body will just follow.
All I can voice is get your financial and medical stuff contained by order - because if you don't capture hospitalized from this, then it will snuff you.

Not lazy suicidal! To not swing your diet that is openly not healthy and use drugs that are know to rationale heart complications are are going to start killing your body. What loving of mother would jeopardize her own life when her up to date baby is counting on her in recent times so she can feel somewhat better about her cargo. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!? You don't need a lesson contained by dieting, or fitness. YOU NEED A LESSON IN PARENTING AND I WOULD GUESS LIFE IN GENERAL! You better take out on heck of a time insurance policy for the kid that you are going to leave astern at a young age.
If you are too languorous, then you do not deserve to lose "weight"-fat and muscle.
You may as economically kiss your kid goodbye and better make an appoitment for the ER.
find daily calorie intake calculator on the network, enter all your stats and it will notify you how many calories you requirement a day to assert, take bad 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you entail to lose.
eat 5-6 small meal a day (eat every 2-3 hours - it optimizes your metabolism)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a year
8 glasses of marine
have complex carbs for breakfast - they bestow you energy
