5'8 128 and totally skinny flabby..?

how much weight training should I do to tone up per week? Any cardio at adjectives?

What the hell is "skinny flabby?" Your weight sounds okay.
do some weightiness lifting three to four days a week to tone up. And you can cardio whenever you want. Can I have ten points please?
Its a well brought-up idea to do solidity training every other day, and do cardio on the stale days. This gives your body a break.
