4 days of exercise 3 hour too much?
I hear people voice that you should workout out 4 days in a row and rest Fri Sat Sun, instead of working out 2 days on next 1 days off after 2 days on then 2 days stale. I don't know which one is good for your economically being?
2.5 hours of solidity training usually means you are training too slow. You should know how to do it in 1.5 hours. Just get sure every muscle group has at least possible a day's rest to recuperate and build itself. 12 hours a week of intense training is like mad. The main entity to watch out for is injuries.

that seem a little bit much if you are already fit.but i ruminate the idea of you taking 1 light of day off later 2 is a good notion
