A followup on my ending cross-examine : getting stronger (14 years dated, what food should i be drinking?)?

what i mean is,
what fruits and vegetables do you devise are the best for me to be eating for similar to snacks that help next to getting stronger?

Brocolli, beans, and peas.
Edamame (japanese soy bean) is the best.
Its the only bean surrounded by the world that is 100% protein.
Perfect for building muscle and it taste pretty good.
Japanese form of sun flower seed i guess you could say.
capably ur still in puberty so u own lots of testosterone flowing around ...thats all u call for because in other words its pretty much steroids
