my knee and whenever I put pressure on it excessively(like walking a long time or running for a touch bit) it starts to kind of bring this sharp pain. Anyone own any idea ofwhat this is. It's bumming me out because I haven't be able to run contained by about to weeks minus pain.


Answers:    . You probably sprained your ankle a few weeks ago. Then you didn't rest it approaching you should, and the rest of your leg tried to compensate.
You're probably walking a little crooked and your knees is paying for it. Quit running for a few weeks, just a regular or slow bearing for no more than 10-20 minutes, and concentrate on walking straight.
OR it could be one of your shoes has blown it's heel.
