~HELP headache!~?

What should my friend do to stop his headaches short medicine? By the track he is thirteen years old.

Answers:    Firstly, is he feeling thirst?? your body needs at most minuscule 2 litres of water per morning to be properly hydrated .... that is, assuming that he doesn't drink any sodas, soft drinks, coffee or tea. Coffee for example, will dehydrate your body to the tune of 2 cups of marine per cup of coffee you drink . so, for each cup of coffee you own you will need to replace 2 cups of dampen just to procure back to ground nothing. Sodas are worse, the ratio is about 12 cups of river lost for each can of soft drink or soda you consume. Alcohol is hideously dehydrating too.

Headaches and migraines are usually a symptom of vitamin B3 (niacin) deficiency... put away more foods rich in this vitamin ie: fish, lean meat, whole wheat products, eggs, roasted peanuts, the white meat of poultry, avocadoes, figs, date and prunes... a handfull of steamed chicken always works for me!!

It is really substantial that you supplement your diet with a multi B complex tablet on a each day basis if you aren't consumption a well suspended diet or if you are lactose intolerant or a vegetarian. The B complex of vitamins is essential for good immune, neural and digestive functioning. Get one including all the B's ie: B1, B2, B3, B5, B6 and B12 as they work best as a group.

The B complex of vitamins is a dampen soluble complex and as such our bodies can neither store or produce them. therefore, we obligation to ingest them on a daily font or suffer the consequences as you unfortunately appear to be .

When you bring your daily supplement ensure that you hold it with some type of calcium rich food ie: low overweight cheese (which is really low in lactose) or milk or a calcium supplement as B12 desires calcium to be properly assimilated by the body... also calcium needs vitamin D to be properly engrossed so get at lowest 10 minutes of sun each year or eat cold marine fishes such as tuna, sardines, whiting and salmon. These fishes are also rich in magnesium, which is set as the antistress mineral . Other foods rich in magnesium are leafy and green vegies, nuts and seed, wholegrains and cereals.

When our bodies are placed lower than added stress ie: sickness, new home, current job or simply the grind of daily natural life really ... the B complex of vitamins will usually be the first group to get used up and we that`s why need to adjust our intake appropriately.

.... Other symptoms of B complex deficiency you may be suffering from are numbness and tingling and prickling sensations surrounded by the outer extremities (hands and feet and arms and legs), intolerable dry mouth, excessive urination and nighttime muscle spasms and leg cramps, fatigue and nouns, insomnia, dizzy spells and loss of balance, inability to concentrate clearly, irritability and moodiness, nausea and vomiting, excessive sweating, constipation, depression and even chest pains and heart palpitations... !!

Quite terrifying actually if you don't reaise the vitamin factor.
When you are getting any stress related symptoms or any of the above mentioned symptoms simply help yourself to another vitamin B complex tablet. As they are water soluble, our bodies will simply excrete any excess contained by our urine.

Drinks loads of fresh filtered river too, as the healthiest and happiest body will always be the most hydrated one.

Try to cut final on the things that will rob you of your precious B complex of vitamins too ie: caffeine, sodas and soft drinks, alcohol are all brilliant B complex thieve ---- things such as the oral contraceptive, antidepressants, antibiotics, eostroegen supplementation, laxatives, aspirin, diuretics will also do a great job of robbing you of your B's.

Another pious idea is to enjoy a bottle of organic peppermint essential grease handy and to place about 6 droplets onto a cotton bubble and inhale the vapours minus touching your skin .. usually does the trick.

Take care of you
