2008 resolutions?

its 2008.
and i want to make some change.
starting with excercise and taking caution of my body.

any ideas?

Answers:    Walking is one sensitive of exercise that can be helpful (I found this to be the luggage for myself). As for food watching portion sizes is also helpful and also drinking lots of hose down. With the water it help to clear the body of toxins.

I would recommend checking with your doctor as economically to see what they say.
